No, our property is fitted with digital keyless entry and you will be given your unique code to access the property before your arrival.

Check-in time is between 2 pm and 5pm and check out is 10 am. An earlier check in or late check out may be possible, talk to our team at LJ Hooker prior to the day of arrival to organise after hours check-in.

Yes, all our properties have a minimum two-night stay on standard weekends, a minimum 3-night stay on public holidays, 3 nights over Easter, and 7 nights over Christmas/New Year.

Yes all our properties have a full linen provided. If you would like to hire additional linen you can do so by contacting Tomaree Linen Hire 02 4984 4451.

All our properties are set up as a ‘home away from home’ and are equipped accordingly. The properties will have supplies to get you through the first night or two, toilet paper, dishwashing tablets, washing powder, etc. Most properties also have a basic supply of tea, coffee, salt, and pepper. You will need to bring your own food and drink plus personal toiletries.

Cots and Highchairs are supplied on request subject to availability. Please notify us at time of booking.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept pets. No pets are permitted on the property at any time. Additional cleaning charges will apply if this condition is breached and deducted from your credit card.

The deposit and booking service fees are non-refundable. We may be able to transfer your booking to a different date or reduce the stay at our discretion. A transfer fee will be applicable.

All wedding venues need to be licensed by the local authorities. Holiday homes are generally not licensed for this purpose. We also have a strict no party policy. Only guests staying at the property can be present.

Yes, only the number of people stated on the property website description are permitted to stay at the property.

Each holiday property is equipped for a specific number of guests. No tents, mattresses, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. See our Terms and Conditions for further detail.

All our properties have an internal no smoking policy. If smoking outside, you will need to stand well clear of the building and ensure you place all butts in the rubbish bin.

We understand that accidents do happen. Please report all accidents and breakages to our office as soon as possible. The Registered Occupier agrees to allow access to the property by the Agent, or the Agent’s nominee, to inspect and carry out necessary repairs.

The use of the bunk beds is at the discretion of parents/guardians. Please ensure children are not left alone to jump off bunks for their safety.

The beach house must be left in the condition it was upon guests arrival. Excess cleaning fees up to $500 may apply (e.g. rubbish not being removed, dishes not washed and put away, barbecues not cleaned). Please report any existing damage to the unit upon your arrival. Please immediately report any damage which occurs during your stay.
